Jumeirah Beach Residence

There are 40 towers in this residential complex, of which 35 are homes and 5 are hotels. JBR has flats and hotel rooms that can house roughly 15,000 people. The Project contains 6,917 units, ranging in size from 900 square feet (84 square metres) for studios to 5,500 square feet (510 square metres) for penthouses. Six residential buildings make up JBR: Shams, Sadaf, Rimal, Amwaj, Rimal, and Murjan (listed from west to east). Dubai Marina, the Dubai Tram, and the Dubai Metro are all accessible by foot from JBR.
