Living Legends

The northern side of Global Village in DubaiLand is a freehold development called Living Legends, developed by the Saudi businessman Tanmiyat. The project, which spans 14 million square feet, consists of 500 villas encircling a Nine-hole golf course and twelve high-rise structures housing more than 2,000 apartments. The plan also includes an international school, a nursery, and a retail plaza that is now under development. Around 20,000 people will live in Living Legends after it is finished.

The phrase "Living Legends" refers to residential complexes with names like Sinbad, Caesar, Shakespeare, Hercules, and so on. The phrase originated when this location was intended to be a sizable amusement park.
