Studio City

Located close to Motor City and 20 minutes’ drive from the emirate's center is Dubai Studio City (DSC), a mixed-use commercial and residential complex. It is a free zone that Tecom Investments developed. The primary activities included in this zone are music and movie services. Plans to build a local film studio in the not-too-distant future might make it a viable Hollywood rival.

There are currently homes, offices, administrative buildings, filming pavilions, editing facilities, recording studios, and significant business centres.
