Tilal Al Ghaf

In addition to the construction of an inclusive, interconnected community with schools, hospitals, and eateries in addition to housing amenities, Tilal Al Ghaf is planned to feature more than 350,000 square metres of open space. Additionally, it will have a lagoon that covers 70,000 square metres of water and is surrounded by 400 metres of open beachfront known as Hive Beach. The region will encourage sustainable living by fostering active living with 11 km of biking and walking pathways and an 18 km pedestrian walkway covering the whole town. Residents may participate in stand-up paddling, swimming, and canoeing, among other things.
